Chapter 322 319- Every Teen’s Nightmare
As Mu Fan was contemplating whether he should follow the trend, but eventually decided to abandon the idea, Yang Su and Fei Yin greeted Lihua, who nodded and then asked again.
“What were you guys just doing?”
“It’s nothing, we just battled and Fei Yin decided to heal us.”
Mu Fan immediately said with a straight face.
Fei Yin gave him a sideways glance but didn’t say anything.
Lihua stood there and saw them looking up at her. A suspicious expression appeared on her face, but she soon showed a disinterested look before nodding and then turning to head over the where Li Shen was.
“Wait!”
Jun got up and hurriedly stopped her.
Mu Fan gave Jun a knowing grin at his desperation, but Jun ignored it and said to Lihua.
“Senior sister Lihua, do you want to try? The experience feels strangely good.”
Jun thought back on the feeling and he figure it would have Lihua try it.
However, as he said that, Mu Fan and Fei Yin’s expressions froze.
‘This brat, he…’
Mu Fan thought as he looked at Jun’s back at the boldness of his actions.
Lihua hearing Jun turned around, and before she could answer she happened to look down.
Her face instantly fell.
She looked back up at Jun\'s strangely flushed face and said.
“No thanks, you guys can continue where you left off, sorry for interrupting.”
Lihua didn’t wait for Jun to speak before she quickly turned around and flew off towards where Li Shen was. She seemed to want to put as much distance between that place and her as fast as possible.
Jun seeing her reaction was devastating.
He lowered his head and began moping, but his eyes were immediately greeted with a visible dent in his pants.
“Huh?”
Jun was surprised, he didn’t realize he was like this. Thinking back, he remembered that Lihua’s expression changed when she had looked down for some reason.
Jun’s eyes widen when he realized Lihua must have seen him as stiff as a board.
Jun released a painful groan and just slowly went into a squatting position to bury his face in his knees.
Embarrassment couldn’t even begin to describe what he feeling, he was mortified. He wanted to die so badly right now.
Time should just reverse this instance so he could redo this whole situation.
The scene of Lihua’s reaction replayed in Jun’s mind over and over again, and each time he felt the desire to rip his brain out to stop himself from remembering it.
This moment was going to haunt him for the rest of his life.
Meanwhile Jun was experiencing every teen’s nightmare, Mu Fan and the others couldn’t understand his reaction.
However, Mu Fan suddenly said.
“You innocent clueless brat, what were you doing suggesting for her to join? Did you really not know or was this some scheme of yours to have Lihua-”
“No, it wasn’t like that!”
Jun immediately spun around and yelled to cut off Mu Fan.
“I really didn’t know, I-I…”
Jun’s face was a mix between crying and laughter. He looked sad and pitiful with tears in the corner of his eyes like he was about to burst into tears at any moment.
Jun had stood up, and Mu Fan looked down. His face then showed realization.
“Ha.. Haha… HAHAHA!!”
Mu Fan released a small chuckle but it soon devolved into uproarious belly laughter.
Jun glared at him but quickly sat back down.
Fei Yin who was in the know as well released a forced smile.
Mu Fan’s laughter didn’t make it any better as he tried hard not to laugh but instead console Jun.
Yang Su was the only one who was still wearing a confused expression. His reason for absorbing the aphrodisiac Wood Qi was because it was extremely purer than the Wood Qi he currently had. Cultivation was the only thing that filled his mind.
So everything that was going on was completely flying over his head.
Given all of that, he didn’t see the reason why Fei Yin, Mu Fan, and even Jun looked at him when he said.
“Junior brother Yin, I wasn’t finished absorbing the Wood Qi. I hope it won’t be a problem if I continue?”
Mu Fan’s laughter got stuck in his throat as he turned to look at him with a weird expression.
The three seeing Yang Su\'s serious expression didn’t know how to react.
Meanwhile the boys continue to do boy things, Lihua headed over to Li Shen.
Li Shen had front-row seats to watch Jun’s interaction with Lihua, and he felt bad for laughing as hard as he did.
Though when he saw Lihua’s blushing expression when she turned around, he couldn’t help but release a smile.
As Lihua approached Li Shen was about to say something, but he was quickly cut off by Lihua who said in a hurry.
“Where is Fang Chen? Did he return?”
Li Shen hearing Lihua ask about Fang Chen cause him to narrow his eye\'s in suspicion.
“Tai said he had gone missing. I was waiting for everyone to gather before searching for him.”
Lihua hearing that sighed.
“What happened?”
Seeing Lihua’s worried expression, Li Shen couldn’t help but ask.
Looking at him, Lihua slowly said.
“I saw him several weeks ago in the Southern Territory.”
“In the Northern Territory?”
Li Shen said confused.
‘Did he leave the Demon Grotto to explore the dimension? It\'s going to be harder than I thought to find him then.’
Li Shen was planning to head to the Demon Grotto between the Southern and Eastern Territory, but now he wasn’t sure if Fang Chen would be there.
Coming out of his thoughts, Li Shen asked.
“Was he okay?”
Lihua’s expression became torn as she responded.
“He was in so much pain. I-I don\'t know what happened to him, I almost didn\'t recognize him with the amount of killing intent coming from him. By the time I recognize him in the black aura surrounding him, he had always disappeared. I think something might have gone wrong with his cultivation.”
As Lihua spoke, Li Shen’s expression slowly turned solemn. Getting up he said.
“Let’s go, we’ll search the Demon Grotto first then head to where you saw him.”
If Lihua saw Fang Chen several weeks ago, it was around the same time Tai lost track of him.
As Li Shen headed for the boys, he turned to Tai and asked.
“Tai, did you sense anything wrong with Fang Chen the last time you check on him?”
Tai saw how serious Li Shen was, so took this matter just as seriously. He shook his head and said.
“No Master, I saw him inside a cave in the Demon Grotto, he was battling those specters intermittently while he cultivated. I was on a round to check on him but he was missing from the cave, I searched the entire Demon Grotto but didn’t find him. I searched for him as I told the others you called for them but I didn’t find him again.”
Li Shen felt a sinking feeling in his heart.
He was praying to whatever entity in heaven that Fang Chen was alright. That’s how desperate he was right now.
