Chapter 202 - Remaining Time: 90 Days
Aaron was just meditating inside the house, while the two girls were in an open yard, practicing how to cast a spell with proper procedure.
Of course, Ellena was a little bit informed about the procedure. However, she was still behind as there were times when she failed to create a simple blazing fire without using her rune.
'It's still different if I use my rune. But, this won't discourage me. I will keep on working until I cast a proper spell.'

Name of the spell: Self-healing body formation (Proposed name)
Condition: Self-healing magic will activate without fueling from the user's core. However, the mana will come from the surroundings. Without mana, the magic won't work.
The spell will work if the user gets injured. Whether it's poison or a wound, any risk of injury or harm to one's health will be reduced as long as the magic is active.

Aaron was concentrating on something inside his soul. Deep inside, his consciousness was driven again into the wide darkness where the lights aren't that bright.
Around him, there were different blue balls of light, but since he realized he couldn't move horizontally, he kept on doing it vertically.
But inside this place, he had used weeks' worth of time perception. Thus, it made him feel discouraged about it.
So then, how about he tries again? If he was right, there was a time that the blue light approached him by itself.
Then does that mean he has to improve his will so that the light will approach him? Such a feeling of hope has not been trampled.
'I will try.'
He fixed his position as if he had a physical body. When his mentality became stable, he tried to call for the light and attract it as if it were mana.
But this isn't mana, so how can he think of it as such?
Indeed, it is not mana, but this blue light is just a piece of his soul. If he can collect everything, he can complete his soul and might have control over the systems.
Just like mana, if a Blessed can gather appropriate mana, their cores will be built.
'Well then, I should try this.'
Still holding onto the idea, Aaron continued concentrating. Little by little, he felt attachment towards the light from afar.
There were different feelings, and each feeling, as time went by, became more prominent. Each feeling, he remembers it so that if this feeling is the best way to call for the light, he'll do better.
'But why am I even greedy? It's not as if Ellena's still weak.'
Nevertheless, even with some debates with himself, he still continued to concentrate on the light.
Weeks had passed, but it was still a brief feeling for him. He felt there was some connection, but faint.
He can't give up right now. Now that he has a chance to go for it, he can't continue to move vertically as what happened to him last week was just luck.
'Be contented.'
He can't risk everything anymore. Realizing that he really doesn't know the concept of souls, he is obliged to be careful.
And thus, when a month had passed, he felt a strong surge of energy. When he opened his eyes, he saw a light coming to him, but it was only for a short time.
A short time? Because Ellena woke him up, cut his concentration, and returned to reality.
"What? Why did you call me, Ellena? I was too close to getting that light." Aaron complained while he opened his eyes. But when he finally opened it and laid his eyes on Ellena, he hung up.
He gawked at Ellena, seeing her differently from the day he went on meditation. There was a different aura around Ellena that he couldn't explain.
"What happened to you, Ellena?" Aaron asked.
"Why are you asking? It has been a month since you meditated and we're already going."
It was as if a boulder had hit his back, but he was so numb that he couldn't react to it. He stupidly widened his eyes, looking at Ellena with disbelief in his eyes.
But when he thought more about it, he realized that a month might have passed. Realizing, he might have been too immersed in meditating.
It was dangerous. His perception of time becomes shorter, making months feel like a day. It might be a side-effect of too much concentration, and if this is the result, he might postpone doing it for a while.
"A-Are you sure?" Aaron asked once again, trying to satiate his doubt.
Ellena nodded.
"I didn't wake you up as I thought that you might be close to getting another system. But right now, since we are going to leave the secret society, I had no choice but to wake you up."
Aaron just remained silent for a moment, patching together the details and information in his brain. He finally released a sigh after calming down. It was too shocking for him.
"Okay. Then, where should we go?" Aaron asked.
"To the overflowing dungeon near Humban City. I still had a promise and it would be beneficial to try some of my spells. You won't believe what I just learned in the whole month."
"I am interested in hearing it, but let me ask you, are they really that carefree in letting you go? You are talented, and also one of them." Aaron said his worries, trying to enlighten himself as time had been wasted without his knowing.
"Don't worry. They let a Blessed leave the society even though they had too much knowledge. Even if they cause a ruckus in the outside world, it will be useless since everyone will stop them if it endangers the secret society. Everyone thinks the secret society is their savior, that they can't endanger."
"I see... I understand. So, while on the way, can you tell me what happened in the whole month?"
"Sure. I will be excitedly telling you everything I learned and discovered."
